考试内容有三大部分，第一部分5分钟，其中1.5分钟是考生做自我介绍，另外3.5分钟是考生分别回答考官的提问，注意下，不是一对一考试，我当时考的时候是两个老师对三个学生，其中一个老师提问，另一个老师计分；第二部分是10分钟，考生对某一话题作具体发言，大约1.5分钟，然后有4.5分钟左右的自由讨论时间，可以自由辩论，抢着回答会有优势得分，当然是在有实力，对话题比较熟悉的情况下；第三部分是5分钟，考生分别回答老师提出的问题，这个环节一般老师会给上个环节回答不好的学生一定的时间和机会表达自己的口语能力。总共就二十分钟，考的一般是当年的热门

试的时候，考官拿着图画，然后你就用英语口语去描述那幅图画。此外，你要在考试之前找同一考场的考生，然后两个人组合，进行英语对话（题目也是考官给的）。

报名时间：3月下旬4月初、9月底10月初报名，时间每个地区有所不同


考试时间:一年两次，分别在 5 月和 11 月。

口语考试不国家统一安排，不是山西省独有的。四级成绩在550以上（包含550），或六级成绩在520以上（包含520），就可以在网上报名参加口语与考试了。四级分值分布：作文106.5，快速阅读71，听力248.5，阅读177.5，完形填空71，翻译35.5.
